No! All our items are in stock in our Sanson warehouse.
We ship to any street or rural address in the North or South Island.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bag addresses
Most deliveries are sent with NZ Couriers, though we sometimes use Post Haste or NZ Post. Items over 25 kg are shipped with Toll / Team Global Express.
Yes, we do! Simply place your order via our online shop, Trade Me store, or by email. We’ll send confirmation once your order is ready for pickup—usually within 3 working hours.
Absolutely. If a part is faulty or you’re not happy with the quality, return it within 30 days of delivery in the same condition and we’ll arrange a full refund or replacement.

If your machine no longer has stickers or branding, there are usually clues on the engine itself. For example, many petrol-powered engines have an engraved code (such as 168F) on the block.
