Where is your shop located?

We are at 1 Dundas Road, Sanson, Manawatu.   Just along from the famous Viv's Kitchen.   Sanson is about 20 minutes from Palmerston North. 

When will my order arrive?

For orders under 25kg to urban addresses the target delivery is 1-3 days and for rural addresses the delivery can take between 2-5 working days. Orders over 25kg are shipped by Toll and can take 3-7 days. If your order hasn't arrived or you have not got confirmation of it being sent please email us.  We will send you an update letting you know when your order has left and which carrier has it.

Are you a drop shipper?

No!  All our items are in our warehouse in Sanson.   

Where do you ship to?

Any street or rural address in New Zealand.  We do not ship to P.O Boxes.  We use NZ Couriers most of the time.  For some deliveries we use Post Haste or NZ Post.  Items over 25kg will be shipped via Toll (now called Team Global Express).  

Do you have Click and Collect?

Yes we do.  Just pre-place your order via our online shop, Trademe store or email and we will send you confirmation when the order is ready for pick up.  In most cases your order will be ready within 3 working hours.  

Do you offer a guarantee?

Shipping options now available for most countries overseas.  Just flick us an email with your location and we will get back to you with a quote.

How do I know what make/model my machine is? 

If you are unsure what the brand or model of your machine is you can sometimes find clues on it even if the stickers are long gone.  If you look on the engine block of most plant you will find some engravings.  For example, most petrol powered equipment will have an engine code along the lines of 3 digits and the letter F.  One of the most common is 168F.   If you can't find much information on the machine you are welcome to send us some photos of your machine.  Our email is partsgaragenz@gmail.com
